How the Partner Fee Works

1. Monthly Subscription

2. Success Fee at Closing

If a property connected through the program results in a successful transaction, a success-based fee is paid.

The fee is based on the property value and whether the partner participated as a Realtor or Investor.

The fee is due within seven business days after the partner receives funds from the closing.
